Recommended Eating Plan for Weight Loss

Due to our blend of whey isolate and concentrate we are able to with the addition of natural fruit sugar achieve a faster metabolism which is how best to lose body fat. Weight loss should be about losing body fat, not muscle, which is the result of most other diets.

Strict Eating Plan

BREAKFAST 
ANS Protein shake and 1 piece of seasonal fruit

MIDMORNING
1 piece of seasonal fruit and light yoghurt
 
LUNCH
Steamed rice with chicken, fish or beef
 
AFTERNOON
1 piece of seasonal fruit and light yoghurt
 
DINNER
ANS Protein shake and 1 piece of seasonal fruit
 
If still hungry after dinner, fruit is an option. Keep up fluid intake, drink lots of water.

Little Less Strict

BREAKFAST
ANS Protein shake and 1 piece of seasonal fruit
 
MIDMORNING
1 piece of seasonal fruit and light yoghurt
 
LUNCH
Steamed rice with chicken, fish or beef
 
AFTERNOON
1 piece of seasonal fruit and ANS protein shake
 
DINNER
No carbohydrates. Chicken/beef/fish with salad or Vegetables
 
Servings of main meals should be kept to small portions, and if still hungry after dinner, fruit is an option. Keep up fluid intake, drink lots of water.

Recommended Eating Plan for Weight Gain/Bodybuilding/Athletes and Strength

This is designed to successfully increase muscle development and can be used in conjunction with training programs. ANS Lean Daily Protein can be used with milk or water whilst on this eating plan.

BREAKFAST
Oats/cereal with ANS protein shake

MIDMORNING
2 pieces of fruit and raw nuts

LUNCH
Steamed rice with chicken or beef

AFTERNOON
Handful of raw nuts and ANS protein shake

DINNER
Chicken/beef/fish with salad or vegetables

Keep up the fluid intake, drink lots of water. ANS is recommended once a day for good health, morning or afternoon snack.
